From the time she was a little girl growing up on the outskirts of a town of 83 people in rural Missouri, Lillian dreamed of being someone exciting like a movie star … although she had no idea what was involved in being one. Her family thought being a school teacher was a much better idea. She became neither.
However, she continually used her God-given writing and speaking skills to the best of her ability in her modest surroundings. She excelled without knowing some schools had teachers for every grade in elementary school and that some high schools had chemistry labs.
Her class ranking and no out-of-state tuition led her to the top-rated University of Missouri School of Journalism and eventually to a city of six million where she has become synonymous with face-to-face networking and communication skills.
Her life’s purpose is “to inspire,” and she’s been doing it for several decades in Chicago and nationwide as an award-winning speaker, trainer, coach and prolific author including Breakthrough Networking: Building Relationships That Last, now in the third edition.
Learn from Lillian, who has worked and played politics in corporate corner offices and trenches and maneuvered the entrepreneurial battlefield, what it takes professionally to be a winner and to build lasting relationships.
